Unalloyed commercially pure titanium is available in four distinct grades to suit a variety of needs: 1, 2, 3, and 4. These grades are ordered in relation to the corrosion resistance, ductility, and strength requirements of a specific application. As with anything, to get one property, you give on another. Grade 1 offers the highest corrosion resistance and ductility, and the lowest strength of the four grades, while grade 4 offers the highest strength and moderate ductility. Regardless of the application, commercially pure titanium offers end users benefits from its excellent corrosion resistance, ductility, and weldable characteristics that allow it to adapt to serve numerous applications.

Centerless Ground Bar 2.37 mm [0.093 in] to 16 mm [0.629 in] with a standard tolerance of +/- 0.0127 mm [0.0005 in] or a precision tolerance of +/- 0.0051 mm [0.0002 in]
Wire 0.79 mm [0.031 in] up to 2.36 mm [0.093 in] by spool or coil with a standard tolerance of +/- 0.0508 mm [0.002 in]
Coil 1.14 mm [0.045 in] up to 14.27 mm [0.562 in]
